10.09 Water Flat Rate:
4.96 Water Usage per 1,000 gallons
17.36 Sewer Flat Rate:
2.33 Sewer Usage per 1,000 gallons of water read through the meter
3.12 Kent County surcharge per 1,000 gallons
33.71 Sewer Rate charged for customers with sewer service only, no meter or public water service connected

Billing Schedule
Residential Sewer/Water billed monthly; Due the 25th.
Commercial Sewer/Water billed monthly; Due 26th.
1.5% penalty is applied monthly on past due balances.

Difficulty Paying ?
If you are having difficulty paying your bill, please talk to us. The sooner we know the sooner we can discuss your situation. Remember, we can’t help you if we don’t know. If you do not contact us or respond to our notices or letters we will assume that you are trying to avoid paying your bill which will result in disconnection of service and/or a lien being placed on the property and/or services being disconnected. Should services be disconnected, the account balance as well as an $85.00 re-connection fee must be paid in full, before service can be restored.
