Disconnection for non-payment to resume May 11, 2021
Disconnection for non-payment to resume beginning Tuesday, May 11, 2021 for past due accounts. The week of April 12 disconnection notices were generated and sent out to those customer with past due accounts. Please contact the office before May 10th if you have any questions regarding a past due balance.
To avoid interruption of service the past due balance on the account should be paid in full no later than Monday, May 10th.
For any service interruption due to non-payment an $85.00 reconnection fee will apply. To restore service the account balance and reconnection fee must be paid in full at the office drive-thru. Online payments will not result in automatic reconnection of service.
Any payment processed after 3:00PM will have services restored the following business day.
